Do you have insurance?

Yes absolutely! I am fully insured for public liability and I also have a professional indemnity. 

Will you back up our photos?

Of Course! The last thing I would want is for my computer to crash or hard drive to fail after your session and that’s your images lost forever! I back up the images to at least 2 separate hard drives to ensure that they are safe. In addition to this, your images will be backed up in your online gallery, however once your images have been delivered it is then your responsibility to back up.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?

If you have opted for The Essential package you will receive at least 30 images or 50 images if opted for The Luxury package, all edited in my signature style and usually a lot more, but the amount of images will vary as every session is different. I will leave in as many images as possible, however I can not present every image taken as some will be duplicates, eyes shut etc.

Is Travel included?

Yes, travel is included within a 5 mile radius of my home in Locks Heath for The Basic Package, 40 miles for The Essential Package 50 miles with The Luxury Package. I’m happy to travel further and just require a little extra to cover time and fuel cost (£1 per mile)

What Equipment do you use?

I’m a Canon girl! I use the Canon R5 professional mirrorless camera accompanied by a range of professional zoom and prime Canon L series lenses but you’ll usually find me on the 35mm or 85mm. I always use both memory card slots, which allows me to continuously shoot to 2 memory cards, meaning that if one memory card failed, your images would not be lost.

 

How long will it take until we receive our photos?

You will receive your full gallery within 6 weeks of your session date, usually sooner.
